We found Alexander Grace Bathroom Designs Ltd via “Yell”. Warren came back to our enquiry quickly and we were impressed with the level of professionalism from the very beginning. He came round to chat to us about our ideas and took a real interest in what we wanted. He came round to our home and helped us to design the bathroom that was suitable for us and to our tastes. We were even invited to see other work that he had completed previously and it was clear that everything Warren had carried out was to a high standard with great attention to detail. When we needed it, Warren gave us advice on the best way to go forward when we were unsure about something; he was very honest, and we appreciated that! Warren was clear about costings and how long the job would take, so there were no surprises, and he gave the project his undivided attention from start to finish. He did a super job of tidying up after himself at the end of each day too! Thank you Warren!

Warren did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom and also plumbing and tiling in our kitchen. He was highly reliable, punctual and friendly (and the dog adored him!). He had a great attention to detail, finished everything to a really high standard and managed to overcome multiple problems caused by our wonky old house! We wouldn’t hesitate to book him in again for any job in the future.

Great honest service and outstanding work

I’m quite fussy and I can honestly say Warren was amongst the best workmen I have ever had in my house. He turned up when he said he would, carried out the work to an extremely high standard and was clean and tidy in everything he did. He was respectful to me, my house and my wishes. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and he came up with some great ideas to make it better. I would not hesitate to recommend Warren to anyone.

Warren was recommended to us by our daughter. He responded to our initial enquiry quickly, and came round to discuss our ideas for the bathroom. He gave us a guide price and a timescale, both of which he kept to. Warren has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and none of our strange ideas seemed to faze him. He was very friendly, and a tidy & professional worker throughout, and we would highly recommend him for any bathroom project.

Delighted by the professional and considerate workmanship

Warren did a great job of helping with our design and discussing what was possible in the small space we had available. He arrived at a design that complemented the house and adjusted it to suit our budget. All through the project Warren kept us informed of progress and problems encountered and succesfully overcame difficulties our older house threw at him. We are a family of three adults that were able to work from home throughout the project with very little disturbance. He protected the carpets, disposed of all rubbish and cleaned up every night before departing. An absolute pleasure to have met Warren and the subcontractors brought in and we would recommend him to others as we would not hesitate to use his services again. The dog was especially please to see Warren again when he called in after the build to deliver the electrical certificate for our records.

Thought of everything!

Warren gave us a whole new bathroom and a whole new life. Whole bathroom redone from start to finish with mobility in mind due to my health and at no point did design compromise accessibility- exactly what I wanted. Walk in shower with a built in tiled seat has given me back so much but not only that Warren was so understanding, full of knowledge, incredible craftsmanship and the finished product is just mind blowing. My grandpa said “the nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen” and as an ex craftsman himself he’s not wrong. Warren was extremely tidy throughout and I can’t thank him or recommend him enough!

Perfection personified

Warren has just completed a new wetroom for us & we are absolutely delighted with the result. The quality of the work is of the highest order, attention to detail, cleanliness, efficiency & communication of ideas and suggestions to ensure the futureproofing of the room as we get older was a testament to Warrens desire to ensure the total satisfaction of his clients wishes. New Bathroom

Warren fitted our new bathroom and did a tremendous job. We’re very happy with the outcome..

Assisted by Martin, they did a tremendous job. They were always on time. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and listened carefully to our wishes and enabled us to change our mind about certain features.

Warren answers calls quickly and was very helpful in helping us design the bathroom, giving us good advice but allowing us to make our own decisions.

Overall, we’d rate the service as excellent and would recommend them to others

Above and Beyond!!!

Warren has just completed a conversion from separate bathroom and toilet to a fabulous new all inclusive bathroom. Right from the first he was willing to listen to exactly what I wanted and was meticulous with the planning. Any potential problems were discussed, thought through and solved. He and Martin worked their socks off with the demolition of an adjoining wall, several layers of tiles as well as rerouting the waste pipe from the upstairs shower room. They worked diligently throughout and kept the house tidy and clean. Two doorways became one without any issues and all the redecorating was done to a perfect finish. I can’t fault their workmanship, which is first class, and Warren went above and beyond solving anything that arose during the reconstruction with good humour and efficiency. If you want an excellent job done I cannot recommend Warren highly enough. Thank you so much for a great bathroom and for realising my dream.
